March Expectations

March marks the official beginning of spring. And just as the warmth of the new season brings a welcome change in the weather and the resurgence of dormant vegetation, the students and faculty also renew their focus on SOL testing, exams, and the abundance of spring activities. Spring is synonymous for busy. Be sure to check our calendar for daily updates and changes in athletic schedules resulting from inclement weather. Listed below are some important dates that should not change unless classes are cancelled by a late winter blizzard.

 

Expectations for March:

March 1–5: SOL Writing Tests (all Juniors)

March 10: Public Budget Hearing (6:00 p.m. MHS Library)

March 13:SAT Testing (Gloucester High School)

March 16:School Board Meeting (6:00 p.m. MHS Library)

March 29 – April 1: Exams
